The theory lesson was a 5 minute based lesson module where the topic that was decided upon goes into depth and there is talk of how the topic is important and why it is important to be able to complete the task associated with the object being talked about.
In this lesson I talk about the history of exchanges and returns and how it can be used in more than just the retail world. I talk about how such things are important when it comes to any profession where products are purchased.
